Kyle Bartler is Cofounder & Operations Manager of Paramount Wellness Retreat, and brings unique experience and perspective as a commercial pilot, and Medevac Chief Pilot for the entire state of Hawaii between 2018-2021. He has vast experience in various managerial roles and deep knowledge with trauma patients, transportation logistics, and a keen sense of intuition and attention to detail. These skills prove invaluable in the addiction recovery field, as does his decade of experience as a Federal Aviation Administration Principal Operations Safety Inspector, where his day to day expertise in regulation and protocol compliance helped save lives. Kyle is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hiking, and surfing, and can’t wait to integrate this passion with nature activities and excursions with Paramount clients in the beautiful Connecticut countryside.
